This policy explains what information Lunex Epoxy Floor & Design (“Lunex”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that is how we would want it explained to us.
Who we are

Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and run the site:
- Details you send us. When you fill in the quote form you provide your name, a contact method (phone, email or Instagram), your project type and a description of your space. You choose what to share.
- Technical data. Our servers automatically receive standard request data such as your IP address, which we use to prevent spam and abuse of the form.
- Usage data.If analytics is enabled, we collect anonymous statistics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate region). See “Cookies and analytics” below.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we never ask for payment card numbers or other sensitive financial details through this website.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To contact you about your project through the method you gave us.
- To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and analytics
When enabled, we use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel to measure site traffic and the performance of our advertising. These tools set cookies and may collect usage data through your browser. This helps us see which ads bring genuine enquiries so we do not waste budget on ones that do not.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking these does not affect your ability to use the site or contact us.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make the site work, and only so they can perform that service for us:
- Resend, which delivers the quote-form email to our inbox.
- Vercel, which hosts the website.
- Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising measurement when those tools are enabled.
These providers may process data outside Canada. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep quote enquiries for as long as needed to serve you and to keep a record of the work, then remove them when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider.
Your choices and rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email lunex.flooring@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. Please check back from time to time.
