@lunex.flooringHow it's done
We assess the slab, talk through colours and finish, and prepare a sample pour so you see the exact result before we start.
Diamond grinding, crack repair and priming. Flawless prep is 80% of a floor that lasts decades, so we never skip it.
Pigments are blended and the resin is poured, worked and torched by hand. This is where the liquid-glass effect is born.
Multiple clear top-coats lock in the depth and gloss, then full cure. You walk on a seamless, sealed, mirror-finish floor.
About the craft
Our craft comes from Italy, where decorative resin was born. We trained and worked there, mastering the materials and the hand-finishing that turn a floor into art: frozen oceans, molten copper, polished marble.
Today our Ukrainian-born team brings that same European standard to homes, showrooms and workspaces across Toronto and the GTA: highest quality, perfect result, on every single pour.
Trained and worked in Italy, the home of decorative resin. Same materials, same standards, here in Toronto.
Chemical-, abrasion- and UV-resistant systems engineered for decades of use.
Clear timelines, tidy sites and honest communication from sample to seal.
We do not leave until the surface is flawless. That is the whole promise.
Questions
The things people ask us most often, answered straight.
Price depends on the square footage, the condition of the existing slab and the finish you choose. A plain flake garage costs less than a decorative metallic pour. Send photos of the space and rough measurements and we will come back with a clear quote, at no cost.
A typical residential floor runs over a few days: grinding and repairs first, then the pour, then the clear top coats. Cure time depends on the system and the temperature, so we confirm the exact schedule when we quote, including when you can walk on it and when you can park on it.
Yes, that is exactly what these systems are built for. A properly prepared and sealed resin floor resists road salt, de-icer, oil and hot-tire pickup, which is what makes it a common choice for GTA garages. The key is the preparation: a floor fails when the prep is rushed, not because of the winter.
Usually yes. We diamond-grind the slab back to a sound, open surface so the resin bonds mechanically. Old paint, sealers and failing coatings have to come off, and cracks get repaired before anything is poured. We assess this on site and include it in the quote.
Sweep or vacuum, then damp mop with a mild cleaner. That is the whole routine. Avoid harsh abrasives and scouring pads, and put felt pads under heavy furniture. Because the surface is seamless there are no grout lines for dirt to sit in.
We work across Toronto & the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton, Etobicoke, North York and Scarborough. If you are just outside that, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it on.
